The central polygonal building is located south of the church and was built in 1691 in the early Baroque style. The interior of the chapel has Baroque stucco decoration with paintings from the early 18th century. The altar of the chapel is from 1718. Above the entrance is the following inscription: HANC CAPELLAM EREX ERUNT SANCTÆ ANNÆ CLIENTES VOS VOVETE VESTRA VOTA PSALLENTES In translation, this means: “This chapel was built for the worshipers of Saint Anne. You too come here and offer your prayers with praise.” An inscription with highlighted letters that have the value of Roman numerals is called a chronogram. In this case, it is even a verse form (chronostychon). If we add up the value of the numbers, the result will be the year in which the chapel was built (1691). Above the chapel entrance, below the chronogram, is a mural of Saint Anne the Single. Every year, a pilgrimage to Saint Anne is held on the Sunday after her feast day, which is July 26. The main mass is at 11:00 a.m. Saint Anne is the second patron saint of the parish and the pilgrimage site. 

The Lourdes Caveis built of stone on the side of a wooded slope. It has been here since 1914, but before that (since 1906) it was built next to the church. It was given its current form in 1928 by the local parishioner Adolf Slovák. The cave still serves as a place of worship for a large number of pilgrims during festive services and major pilgrimages.In 2017, the cave underwent a general reconstruction according to the project of Ing. Arch. Ivan Jarin. The main change was a new wall for the thanksgiving tablets and an access staircase. The renovated Lourdes Cave was consecrated on May 27, 2018. 

It is a Baroque central building with a dome, built in 1696. The original frescoes on the walls date from the early 18th century, but have been extensively repainted. They were first modified when the parish was administered by Canon Evarist Čajkovský (1897–1919), who cut down the original decoration and replaced it with motifs found in the sanctuary before its re-consecration. Later, after 1939, when the roof was rebuilt, the original paintings on the ceiling were replaced with new ones. The frescoes on the facade and above the entrance portal date from 1789. After the Basilica of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, the chapel is the second most important building in the Mariánské Valley. According to legend, it is the place where the Virgin Mary appeared and where the miraculous statuette, which is the center of the cult in Marianka, was found.The rotunda chapel was built by Prince Paul Esterházi, the Hungarian Palatine, together with the provincial staff member Ján Maholání for 1,000 gulden. Ján Maholání, as the donor of the chapel, can be found depicted in a fresco above the miraculous spring together with his family. The paintings inside the chapel, which date back to the early 18th century, decorate the walls and vault of the building. This interior decoration depicts scenes from the oldest history of the pilgrimage site and the spring. The chapel is one of the unique examples of Baroque art in our country. Unfortunately, it was damaged several times and in 1996 a Baroque painting from 1703 was stolen from its altar.

The well, located behind the altar, was and is a key point of the pilgrimage site, where practical therapy is carried out for pilgrims asking for grace and blessings. Until the end of the 17th century, the spring was in an open area under the open sky. As for centuries, today the water is also an object of worship and use by believers, who find spiritual and physical healing here.

It stands on a slope by the road to the Holy Well. It was built by the Comforters in the years 1930-1936. In fourteen brick chapels – stops, built by themselves according to their own plans in various architectural styles, there are suggestive life-size statues that come from the workshop of the Kutná Hora carver Bohumil Beck. They are made of linden wood and subsequently polychrome. The Stations of the Cross are a significant work that the Congregation of the Brothers of the Comforters contributed to the beauty of the pilgrimage site. However, it remained incomplete. At its peak – the twelfth stop of the crucifixion of Jesus, a chapel was to stand. Its foundation stone was blessed by Andrej Hlinka himself on September 30, 1936, when he was in Marianka for a short visit during his trip to the congress in Piešťany. This event is commemorated by a commemorative plaque on the facade of the Exercise House.

Chapels of the Seven Joys of the Virgin MarySix chapels, lining the path to the holy spring, are called the chapels of the joys of the Virgin Mary. They are the chapels:Our Lady of TalNativity of the Virgin MaryAnnunciation of the Virgin MaryVisitation of the Virgin MaryPraise of the Virgin MaryOffering of the little Jesus in the templeThe frescoes in the 2nd – 6th chapels are Baroque and date from the 2nd quarter of the 18th century. They were built in the years 1710 – 1729. Apparently, these are votive gifts from families or individuals. In the 18th century, they probably served believers to perform devotions with the theme of the joys of the Virgin Mary. They were restored in 1860. They are roadside chapels with open niches and wall paintings dating from the first half of the 19th century. They are also used during some liturgical holidays, especially the feast of Corpus Christi, when processional altars are built in them.
