All of them want to capitalise on their long-standing work in the field of cultural heritage and contribute to the living Cyrillo-Methodian tradition and cultural dialogue within an international network. In October, another joint meeting took place between the Zlín Region, represented by the Deputy Governor and Chair of the ECRSCM Association Lubomír Traub, and the Metropolitan City of Rome, which led to a deepening of mutual cooperation. The working visit to Rome was a follow-up to the cooperation agreement concluded between the Zlín Region and the Cittá Metropolitana di Roma Capitale. The meeting with the Vice-Mayor Pierluigi Sanna and his friendly reception is proof of the excellent relations with the representatives of Rome.
"At the meeting with H.E. Václav Kolaja, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Holy See, I informed the Ambassador not only about the current development of the European Cultural Route of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, but mainly about the plans for the future, because we will be awaiting recertification and we must be prepared for it. With the Ambassador, we have set specific activities to expand this unique route," said Lubomír Traub, Deputy Governor of the Zlín Region.
